88fb Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 88fb ("the Platform," "we," "us"). These Terms apply to all access and use of the 88fb website, mobile application, games, betting facilities, payment services and any other services provided by the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a player account, or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been updated, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 88fb, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the platform in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You have not previously had an 88fb account closed, suspended or banned for rule violations.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, business or organisation in registering or using the account.
• You understand that gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited on the platform.

88fb reserves the right to request documentation to verify age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one account on 88fb. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual may be suspended, and any balances or pending bonuses may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the point of registration and update it promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. 88fb will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally author ised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 88fb support immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

88fb processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of currently available methods is displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 88fb account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 88fb does not charge a platform-level fee on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently of 88fb. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the cashier section.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable. 88fb aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Delays may occur if additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be released to payment methods registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Funds Held on Account

Funds deposited into your 88fb account are held for gaming purposes only. They do not accrue interest. 88fb is not a bank or financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a bank deposit in any legal sense.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88fb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players with a single registered account only. Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account suspension.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The wagering requirement, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) and expiry period are stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of claiming.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed. Real-money funds deposited separately may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal processing, though doing so before a bonus wagering requirement is complete will typically result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• 88fb reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 88fb reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility or modify bonus terms for accounts where play patterns suggest exploitation of promotional offers.

Specific promotion pages will carry their own additional terms where applicable. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 88fb — including live casino tables, slots, fish games and sports betting markets — operate according to rules displayed within the respective game or section. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Live casino games on 88fb are operated by third-party studio providers and use real dealers and physical equipment. Slots and fish games use certified random number generation systems. 88fb does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer studio.

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, 88fb will apply reasonable measures to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to the platform, stakes will be returned. 88fb is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

Sports betting markets and odds are set in advance and may be suspended or revised in response to match developments, injury news or other relevant information. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured at the odds at which they were confirmed, provided no rule violation has occurred.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88fb and may result in account suspension, permanent banning and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or any mechanical or electronic aid to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer format available on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or activity that 88fb reasonably suspects may be of a criminal nature.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 88fb staff or other players through any communication channel.

88fb monitors accounts and transactions for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, 88fb reserves the right to suspend the account and investigate without prior notice. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no entitlement to any funds associated with such activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

88fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory age or identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• A player's own request to close their account.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed for a genuine breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including funds derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or through no fault of the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact 88fb support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. You remain responsible for any activity on the account until closure is confirmed.

9 Responsible Gaming

88fb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming on this platform should be treated as entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover money already lost. The following principles apply to all players using the platform:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose. Do not exceed your personal entertainment budget.

• Never chase losses. If a session has not gone your way, stopping is the responsible choice.

To the fullest extent permitted, 88fb's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses.

88fb is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of anticipated winnings, or losses resulting from the player's own internet connection or device failing during a game session.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11 Privacy & Data

88fb collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and general platform use. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88fb does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and platform operation, and only with service providers operating under appropriate data protection obligations.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fb platform — including the website design, branding, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 88fb or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88fb platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure or any breach of these Terms.

The 88fb Android app, where downloaded, is licensed to you for personal use on your own device only. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

13 Changes to These Terms

88fb may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, responsible gaming provisions or other operational requirements. When material changes are made, an on-site notice will be displayed. The date at the top of these Terms will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform after a revision has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
